The Cruisin’ the Bay Car Show will return to Lincoln City for its ninth year this Saturday, Sept. 15, with cool rides of all kinds gathering on the shore of Siletz Bay.

Hosted by The Bay House Restaurant this popular show combines beautiful scenery with high visibility, great parking and a friendly, fun group of people.

All types of vehicles are welcome, and once again Cruisin’ the Bay will host National Drive Electric Week with a host of innovative, all-electric cars to see and test drive. A demonstration of the Tesla Model X will take place in the early afternoon.

Show registration will be open from 9 to 11:30 am, with free admission for spectators. This year’s show features live music from The Ocean, a 50/50 Raffle and raffle drawings for glass floats and gift certificates. Food will be available for purchase, thanks to the Central Coast Humane Society.

At 2 pm awards will be presented for more than 30 award classes ranging from Best 1930s to Best Paint, Best Muscle Car to Best Alternative Fuel Vehicle.  Spectator parking will be just north of The Bay House off Highway 101 or just south at the Freed Gallery.
