Registration is now open for the Winds and Waves recorder workshop, which will take place at the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology in May.

This year’s workshop will be led by returning instructors Letitia Berlin, Frances Blaker and Cléa Galhano, joined by guest instructor and recorder resident Adéla Gardavsk.

Running from Saturday, May 4, through Monday, May 6, the workshop features three days of technique and repertoire classes, a grand consort session, catered lunches each day and one adult ticket to the faculty concert on Sunday, May 3.

Tuition is $285. Two Jeanne Lynch Memorial Scholarships are available, which cover workshop tuition and provide $150 toward lodging and travel expenses.
