Depoe Bay Community Hall will be packed with unique gifts and handmade crafts this weekend, as the 2019 Coastal Summer Bazaar presents three days of fund-raising fun.
Bazaar artisans and vendors will feature essential oils, paintings, ceramics, textiles, designer jewelry, hand-woven wool hats and rugs. Other featured gifts include pet halters and collars, linens, summery tutu-tees for children, and more.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Wade J. Woodmark Foundation, which helps families grieving the loss of a family member find healing and peace through life-enhancing visits to the Oregon Coast.
“We are grateful for the support the bazaar provides the foundation,” said founder and CEO Talley Woodmark, “and extremely delighted that this event offers the Depoe Bay community and visitors a fun shopping experience!”
After checking out unique gifts and merchandise not found in local stores, shoppers can take a break and enjoy a bowl of chowder from the Depoe Bay Chowder Bowl, served from 11 am to 2 pm on Friday and Saturday, and delight in some homemade delicacies and sweets for serious dessert aficionados.
The Coastal Summer Bazaar will run from 10 am to 5 pm on Friday and Saturday, July 19 and 20 and 10 am to 3 pm on Sunday, July 21, at 220 SE Bay Street, Depoe Bay.
