Registration is now open for the 2019 Marketing & Tourism Conference taking place on Thursday, June 6, in Lincoln City

Organized by the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce, the conference will feature a panel discussion from advertising and marketing professionals offering tips on marketing techniques, social media patterns and the best ways for businesses to attract their target customers.

Jalene Case, of Jalene Case Coaching & Professional Development, will be on hand to help conference guests answer the crucial question: “Are you running your business, or is your business running you?”

Dave Price, director of the Small Business Development Center at Oregon Coast Community College, will give pointers on how a new technique called geo-fencing can help businesses target their advertising effectively.

A panel of tourism professionals will offer their takes on changes in the industry and ways to stay relevant.

The conference will run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Lincoln City Cultural Center, 540 NE Hwy. 101.

Registration is $55, which includes a Hawaiian lunch catered by Oceans Apart
