Musicians from Taft High School will demonstrate their talents and spread holiday cheer with a pair of performances at Salishan Resort this Saturday, Dec. 21.

At 3 pm, the Taft High School Choir will be at the Salishan Marketplace, delighting last-minute shoppers with a slate of carols and other holiday fare.

At 4 pm, the choir will join up with the Taft High School Jazz Band for a performance at the Salishan Long House.

The performances, presented by Music is Instrumental and Salishan Resort, aim to raise funds for good causes this holiday season. Donations of canned or boxed food will help stock shelves at the Lincoln City Food Pantry, while cash donations will benefit Feed the Flames, which helps keep homes in the community heated during winter.
