The 'Almost Back to the Beach' fundraiser will help support The Seaside Rotary Club's holiday programs.

SEASIDE — The Seaside Rotary Club and Foundation will hold a virtual fundraiser Saturday with a silent and live auction for dozens of items.

The "Almost Back to the Beach," live auction items include a seven night stay at a Maui condominium, a six night stay at a beautiful mountain cabin in North Carolina, a one-of-a-kind metal sculpture of the Seaside Turnaround created by Seaside artist Luke Verly, a neon Portland Trailblazers sign and 70 silent auction items.

There will also be an opportunity to financially support the Seaside Rotary holiday programs which include Santa’s Workshop, Adopt-a-Family and Shop with a Cop.

The rotary club canceled last year's event during the height of the pandemic, limiting the group's ability to fund and sustain important projects.

The live auction will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Participants can register for the event in advance and bid on many silent auction items beforehand.

To register, go to Follow the prompt or registration instructions. For sponsorship opportunities or general questions, contact auction co-chairs Ashley Flukinger or Kevin Leahy at
