Holiday decorations

Holiday decorations inside Hungry Harbor Grille in Long Beach, Washington.

The crisp, cool air of winter is almost officially here. Holiday decorations have been put up around our local towns. Seasonal events are happening — socially distanced and at home.

With the new seasons brings a new set of readers’ poetry — the last installment of this year’s seasonal poetry series.

A collection of poems will be featured in the Dec. 24 edition of Coast Weekend. If you’re a poet or would like to try your hand at writing a poem, you’re welcome to send poems to aevans@dailyastorian.com by Monday to be included in the collection.

Please limit entries to three poems and include your name and town of residence with your entry.
