A family visits the StoryTrail in South Bend, Washington.

PACIFIC COUNTY — Local Timberland Regional Library branches have partnered with local organizations to bring a StoryTrail to various locations throughout the county from May to August.

The trail is currently viewable near the trailhead of the Willapa Hills Trail in South Bend, Washington. The trail will be displayed there until May 31. The trail features “Where Do I Sleep?” by Jennifer Blomgren. The book tells a tale about Pacific Northwest animals and includes a locally-inspired lullaby.

The trail will move to different locations throughout summer. It will be viewable in Ilwaco during June; Naselle during July; Raymond from Aug. 1 through Aug. 10; and Ocean Park from Aug. 13 through Aug. 30. Call the area’s regional library for the trail’s specific location.

The trail is free to access and is open to the public. Anyone needing special accommodations to participate in a library’s programs may contact the library one week in advance.
