A digital lecture series hosted by Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum will run from January to April.

ILWACO, WASH. — Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum will host virtual lectures in place of the museum’s annual in-person SALTY Talks.

The lectures will be available online at facebook.com/columbiapacificheritagemuseum/. Lectures will air at 2 p.m. Jan. 13, Feb. 10, March 10 and April 14. Videos will also be uploaded to the museum’s YouTube account.

Lectures will last between 30 and 45 minutes and use historic photographs to tell stories about locations on the Long Beach Peninsula. Community experts will lead the lectures.

The January lecture will focus on downtown Ilwaco, Washington, while the following episodes will focus on the history of tourism in downtown Long Beach, Washington.
