CANNON BEACH — The Cannon Beach Library invites community members and visitors to enjoy tea, hot mulled cider, cookies and other homemade treats 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, to celebrate the holiday season before attending the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony in Sandpiper Square at 4 p.m.

Hosted by library members and volunteers, the Library Holiday Tea will also include the drawing of this year’s winner of a hand-pieced vintage quilt.

Tickets for the drawing are available at the library for $1 per entry, or $5 for six tickets, until the drawing occurs. Ticket-holders need not be present to win.

Cannon Beach Library, 131 N. Hemlock St., is a member-owned nonprofit organization that has provided library and information services since 1927.
