ILWACO — Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum will be closed until June 1 for repairs.

The museum was damaged by heavy rains last year. While closed, repair work is being completed on damaged galleries. Construction work is also being completed to refurbish the museum.

During the museum closure, staff are still reachable by phone at 360-642-3446 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Madeline Moore, the museum’s executive director, said she hopes to host a reopening celebration in the summer.
