Registration is open for two 4-H youth programs.

A babysitting series, designed to train youth how to babysit, will be held via Zoom from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on May 5, 12, 19 and 26. The series is open to ages 10 to 19. To register, visit bit.ly/2PEH1Ps.

Youth can also participate in the 4-H Commit to Be Fit 30 Hour Challenge, which is happening throughout April. During the event, youth are encouraged to exercise and track their progress. Cash prizes will be awarded. To participate, go to beav.es/JjP and download the event’s tracking sheet to log fitness hours. Forms can be turned in online at the website or at 2001 Marine Drive, Room 210 in Astoria.

Participants who exercise at least 30 hours will be entered to win $100.
