WARRENTON — Musician John Nilsen performs in concert at Pioneer Presbyterian Church at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 3.

Nilsen is a pianist, guitarist, vocalist and songwriter and one of the Pacific Northwest’s most successful performance and recording artists. He has recorded 19 albums, and his music reflects a lifetime spent in the Northwest. The people, landscapes, weather and tenor of life in the region frequently influence his musical themes.

Nilsen’s music ranges from folk and jazz to classical, and his performance at Pioneer will include some traditional hymn arrangements as well.

The concert is by donation. Refreshments will be served.

The church is at 33324 Patriot Way, next to Camp Rilea. For more information, call Dwight Caswell at 503-883-3097 or visit pioneerchurchpcusa.org.
