ASTORIA — Imogen Gallery will feature Gearhart-based photographer Don Frank between May 9 and June 9.

The exhibit, “Summer of Letters,” is available for viewing by appointment or online at

The gallery is golf-themed. Featured images include discarded remnants of the game, like pencils. Other images showcase scenes of golf courses alongside phrases such as “Golf has given me an understanding of futility of the human effort.”

Frank’s photography has been featured in galleries and private collections, including the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago and the Center for Fine Art Photography in Colorado.
