CANNON BEACH — The Tolovana Arts Colony will host musician LaRhonda Steele for a free outdoor concert at 5 p.m. Sunday in City Park, located off Second and Spruce Streets.
Steele is a soul and blues artist based in Portland. She is known as “Portland’s first lady of the blues” and is considered a staple in town.
Steele was named “best female vocalist” by the Cascade Blues Association in 2016 and 2017.
Concert attendees will be expected to maintain a 6 feet distance from other parties during the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring masks, along with gear like picnic blankets or lawn chairs to sit on.
The concert will be the second of Tolovana Arts Colony’s outdoor summer concert series.
